I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR DIGITEL BAGUIO AND DIGITEL URDANETA. I Have a 1mbps Static IP plan in Baguio and Im not satisfied on my net speed and they are a big liar,because if I check my IP status is dynamic, I always complain in my net speed and my dynamic Ip, they always tell like this and like that"ewan ko lang kung totoo puro naman palusot", still nothing change for almost a year.On December I have requested a transfer of Netplan from Baguio to Urdaneta because I have put my computershop there,also name of ownership.We and my mom have filled up the documents ready for transfer.On January I checked again how is the transfer, they say in process.When I checked on January 16 in Urdaneta there is no such a request so they start the process on January 16 and they said it will take a month to process and that is very big Hassle for me,lugi ang comp shop ko pag walang net.Because I need it badly I agree to make a New account because of the offer by the sales team of Digitel, if I pay now within 1 day they will connect my Internet.The next day I pay up and my expectation of 1 day did not happend,almost 2 days before February Ive got my internet, my 1 month advanced payment has already been used.Im very angry because they are a big liar and put me in a situation where we are paying two services 1mbps and 3mbps plan in Baguio and in Urdaneta na hindi naman magamit gamit.Ive complain and complain pero parang wala lang sa mga staff,lugi negosyo na nga 2x pa babayaran sa net.
I am expecting that a 3mpbs business plan is 4x faster than my 1 mbps plan, and here it is again, Im not satisfy slow connection, my 1mbps plan is faster than 3mbps plan, ano to gagohan? Im expecting to have a fullspeed of my net if off peak, pero wala nman puro request timeout.Ive complain it again and again,Ive request a reset, medyo ok naman,pero bumabalik naman ulit sa dati, lower speed than my 1 mbps plan in Baguio. Napakalaking luging nawawla sa akin dahil sa slow internet speed of Digitel,nawawalan ako ng customer lumilipat sila sa may globe plan na computershop.

My speed is around 512-768kbps plan? Time is Offpeak hours and I use accelerators like cfosspeed and IDM with license for maximum net speed.

Ive noticed Digitel URDANETA have a bad service customer support and low quality tech support.Minsan pa nga pag magcomplain ka, sila pa ang magagalit sayo na "sir/mam hindi naman madali ang ginagawa namin,INTINDIHAN NYO SANA!!!!!" I know their work its not easy but have they tried to reverse the situation especially like us nasa Business ng computershop, we are paying 2k-3k and were expecting good service and highspeed internet,tapos malulugi kami dahil sa bad slow Internet connection Buti sana pag madali magpadisconnect. Ive noticed also Digitel URDANETA has a low quality tech support and a big hassle for computer shop owner like me, its a time consuming and waste of money.There are two of these technician of digitel who installed my Internet,there is internet on my modem,but it can't reach to other pc,and they don't know how to fix it,they said they will tell it to other technician that might know how to fix it.Because it might take a day or days before the technician will come, and malaking lugi na naman bawat araw mawawala sa akin,and as an Entrepreneur we have the mindset of the "Power of NOW" so I fix the problem but it takes almost a day. Im not satisfied because of the net speed and don't know how to configure my router,sayang nman binili ko pa.One of the guys from sales department had helped me configure the router for temporary, while waiting for the technician to configure the modem and input my static ip address.After a day the technican came,but Im having problem on my network, I ask his advice how to fix it, this is what he said, sir hindi na namin yan sakop, basta ang sakop ko lang ay iconfigure ang modem mo,at hindi ko po alam yang network na yan. Here is the catch, low service tech support,no extra service or the technician is just lazy, Digitel Urdaneta technician is not all around, ang alam ng isa magkabit lang walang alam sa network, yong isa naman yong iinput lang ang static ip address sa modem, naku naman mga simpleng gawain lang yan kahit elementary alam yan basta turuan lang, dapat sana papaano may alam din sa basic network ang mga technician para matulungan naman kaming mga business shop owners,grabeng hassle na yan ah. Ako na lang nagsolved sa network error ko, pero it tooks me a day before nafix,nasasayang oras ko at napakalaking pera nawawalan sa akin bawat oras na nadedelay and take note December pa nagsimula ang bill ko and almost February ako nakapagumpisa, 13000PHP ang upa ko, paano pa ngay yong sa kuryente,tubig at daily expenses, isa pa tong Digitel internet.Yong mga technician nyo po around 35+ ang edad na,akala ko pa naman Professional na ang service, at marami nang experience at alam sa mga common problems sa network.Wala bang Quality control or screening sa mga Technician ng DIGITEL URDANETA?Yong pinagkabit pa sa mga wirings ng Internet ko around 5.8" height parang wala lang madaling inaabot ng mga estudyante paano pag may naglambitin, sabi nga ng kasama ko na ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING na nakakita, they are just "LAZY".

IF HINDI PA RIN MAAYOS ANG NET CONNECTION, I WANT A DISCONNECTION NO TERMINATION FEE IF MAARI PA SANA PATI YONG ADVANCE PAYMENT KO,REASON DUE TO UNSATISFACTION: ALWAYS REQUEST TIME OUT,SLOW CONNECTION ESPECIALLY ON BUSINESS DAYS,NOT GIVING MY PROPER 3MBPS PLAN, IT IS A 768KBPS PLAN.
